SHIPPING

We use the Royal Mail to send parcels in the UK: Second and First Class Royal Mail Signed For and Special Delivery for express deliveries, all require a signature on delivery. We use a combination of Royal Mail and other couriers for overseas parcels. We always aim to dispatch orders withing 24 hours of your order, and will send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been sent, including the parcel tracking number so you can keep updated with its progress.

Express orders placed by 12pm are usually dispatched the same day, with next working day delivery (i.e. Monday-Friday).

We expect First Class delivery to take 1-2 days from date of dispatch.

We expect Standard delivery to take 3-7 days from date of dispatch.

In order to do our bit for the environment and save precious resources, we've done away with paper receipts inside your order. If you would still like to receive one, please drop us a line and we'll make sure one is included!

EUROPE

EUROPEAN TRACKED DELIVERY : from £12.00 - Delivered by the Royal Mail in 5 working days and will require a signature. This service is tracked within the UK only. Please note that local import duty and taxes may apply at the receiving end- these are not included in the price of the order and are the customer's cost and responsibility.

EU Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note that customers shopping from the EU, following the UK's exit from the European Union, will now be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. 

If you refuse your parcel due to these charges and it is returned back to us, a restock fee of £15 will be deducted from your refund. 

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company. 

REST OF THE WORLD

Overseas Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note that customers outside of the UK will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company.  

What happens when a delivery attempt has been made?

Most deliveries require a signature. If delivery is attempted for a signed for package and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, unfortunately we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. One we receive the times back, if you would still like the products, we will re-dispatch the parcel but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

What to do when a parcel has not arrived?

Please contact us by email: hello@mamiko.co.uk if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a track number, or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.

Other Import Information

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched

If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call.

RETURNS

We want you to love your products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes you change your mind.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days on all items as long as the goods are in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging.

Please let us know in advance that you are returning something by emailing us at hello@mamiko.co.uk and return address will be supplied upon request. State your name, email address, the item you wish to return and the reason for return. We will email you back with a returns code.

The items must be sent back unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We aim to process returns within 24 hours and the refund will be with you within 10 days. 


If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately after receiving the package at hello@mamiko.co.uk. We may ask you to send a photo of the damage. we will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.

SALE ITEMS

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and we will offer a credit note to the same value instead.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will advise you if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not available, we will issue a refund.
